ОтветитьI've expreimented with stopping eating earlier. I go to bed around 1130, wake up around 8. I start eating at noon and stop at around 8. I find that if I start eating at 10 and stop at 6 i sleep worse....goes against the ideas here....thought?

Avoid sugar and refined carbs and you are good to go
no meal after 11 am, no fluids after 4 pm, and bed at 830 pm! WOW What a lifestyle!
