Thank you! Wonderful and very informative video !
ОтветитьHi. Where did you get the removal and installation set? I have trouble finding it.
My Haynes manual indicates that that set is only needed when you don't remove the axle from the vehicle. Thanks to your video I can clearly see it is always needed.
Thanks! you worked like a pro..
ОтветитьGreat video, I don't even have a Laguna but maybe the Megane is similar :D
ОтветитьGreat video but l using poliuretan silentblock is beter
ОтветитьThank you. Very useful video :)
ОтветитьNo need to pull the release cable 🤷🏻♂️
ОтветитьWich wrench did you use to unscrew the long bolt that goes in the bushing?
Its not a normal 16 mm?
On my est I have had to fit 4 sets the car has only done 107000 miles a very bad way to make a car
ОтветитьBig thanks for your video. I will have to replace this part by myself and you explained very well all the process. Fortunately i have exactly the same car :)
ОтветитьRenaults are like that. Good engines, crappy cars..
ОтветитьHello, have a question for you. Whats the long pipe called that is between the bushings? Mine has rotten and needs replacing, but i dont know whats the part called. Thanks!
ОтветитьGreat guide right there! I’ve got to do the rear shocks as well as the bushes so I now know that I can knock them both out at the same time! Love this collection of jobs for the Laguna. Have a 1.9Tdi myself but the jobs remain the same!!
ОтветитьReally nice vid! You did it like a pro mechanic. I just bought laguna 2 Grandtour and of course those bushing are nearly done so I'll have to do them
ОтветитьBrilliant tooling skills just as filming. Incredible. Thanx. About to do this next week. Just wondering how to get around that bushing press tool. Forexample: Two robust cups, drill 2 holes in them and use a coil spring threaded removal kit, then with a gun you can aply 300Nm easily and literary shoot the old bushing out in a seconds...
ОтветитьI know they are old cars now but I have done these twice and they have gone again it is disgusting Renault have never done a modification on these bushes as they are clearly made wrong and the failure rate unacceptable if this is Renault Engineering and customer care steer clear in future.
ОтветитьHi ! If is not too much can you tell me the diameter of the tool? I mean the big piece used for installation. May be I can convert to use on toyouta ..Many thanks !
ОтветитьAmazing and well explained video, do you happen to know if the same process would work on a Laguna 3?
ОтветитьThank you, very helpful, all the best from Russia!
ОтветитьMan zieht niemals die Stoßdämpfer aufgebockt an! Genau wie das Gehäuse vom Lager! Macht man alles wenn die Räder montiert sind.
Sonst gutes Video!
great video, but you forgot to mention that the bushes are different sizes and are not interchangeable, thank you anyway video was a massive help.
ОтветитьHi great video but can you explain why you compressed the rear springs?
ОтветитьThanks a lot for the pedagogical approach ! ❤
ОтветитьIf you click "SHOW MORE" in the description above your be able to see Links to the Tools 🔧🔨🔧 I use. Also Clickable Chapters📋 📙 throughout the video and other Links 🎬 that may be of interest. I've had a few viewers request where they can buy the tools they see in some of my videos but it's not very clear that the "SHOW MORE" tab has a lot of information in that may be of interest. Admittedly the amazon links are associated with me and I would earn a small commission which helps towards keeping the channel funded.
