It is typical for a man to gain a little weight after getting married, because he gets good food cooked for him. Zainab — only gain weight if YOU want to. When you get pregnant you will gain weight, and there will be some permanent body changes even if you completely lose all the “baby weight”. My point is, don’t worry about being too skinny because being healthy is most important, and women often gain a little (or a lot) weight after having babies, or after age 30 or 40. It’s just how we are made. Just eat healthy, maybe add a little good carbs to your diet. Mahdi, same thing. You know what to do. Just do it every day and eat healthy. Maybe look up a chart in the internet to see what your weight should be for how tall you are, and make that your goal, for YOU not for the stupid trolls. I love how you love each other.
