Trudgeon's Jazz Troubadours hail from Bristol.
I first saw this fine lively 7 piece band from Bristol at Upton Jazz Festival in late June 2024. Here they make their first appearance at the Bude festival.
Joseph Trudgeon, is a versatile multi-instrumentalist and leader who introduced this session with with two guest musicians from the USA.The musicians are:
Joseph Trudgeon - leader, announcements, string bass and vocals;
Tom Whittingham - trombone;
Jonathan Greene (New York State) - clarinet;
Gus Dolding - guitar;
Hunter Burgamy (New Orleans) - banjo, guitar, vocals
Paul Archibald - drums
