I love the potential of Matthew Waterhouse's Adric it is too bad that the writers failed to fulfill what could have been a more interesting young companion. Adric was written as a mathematic genius but his naivety in dealing with people especially frog like looking maniacal alien leaders with a not such a hidden agenda of domination. I wish they'd bring Adric back with the upcoming new Doctor?

Adric was always my favorite companion.

I never could stand Adric. I was happy when the Cybermen took care of him. His character was far worse than that obnoxious Wesley Crusher in Star Trek the Next Generation.

Love the makeup job on the monarch. Amazing what one can do with a bit of oatmeal and green paint. True creativity there.
