There's a spot a cross from the main Hospital near the I believe it's Alice Customs number five when you look at it on the map or maybe I'm just incorrect but basically the building next to the hospital that's next to the police station that this next to the LS Customs yeah there's a lot of things in that area just go across from that hospital you'll see a building you'll see a little like one of those things that you can go into to go downstairs I'm not really sure what is called just walk in there and you basically there's a invisible wall or no there's not invisible wall there's a wall with no collision so you can just walk straight through it don't even need to do anything

Highly doubt it will stop an explosion
