Bauer Modular Storage system (handyman review)

I am a handyman and needed to ditch the heap of tool bags and milk crates.
I've eyed up #milwaukeepackout the cost to get the number of cases needed was out of reach for this #debtfree contractor.

water resistant
versatile
good buy.

Concerns; suitcase dosen't stay open while its stacked on wheel platform. Also side latches should be serviceable as it appears these will be a ware item.
