The problem is that he automatically assumes that Women that have been raped/ sexually assaulted are lying, he makes out that all rich white men are beyond question, and the courts are full of these types of men, this is why Women often won't go and report this crime because they have very little hope of getting a conviction, because the odds are stacked against, I bet his view would change if this happened to his daughter.
