7th Annual Thumbs Up Virtual 5K Event for Mental Health & Suicide Prevention

We are bummed that we cannot host the 7th Annual Thumbs Up 5K event in person this year, but we are going to have some fun with this and do things virtually. Will you join us?

From Saturday, September 5th to Saturday, September 19th - we'll have our 5K run, walk, bike, rollerblade course open at Lake Orono in Elk River, Minnesota. Grab a friend or two and do the 5K "virtually" with your friends or family!
