Watching videos of planned systems and productivity in written form is addictive, at least to me. It itches my ADHD brain lol.

This is super helpful for people like myself who may have tremendous talent but simultaneously have extreme executive functioning challenges (autism). I work through solutions over and over and over in my head, but never find resolutions to productivity/sales challenges and/or issues. Thanks fir putting together these videos ❤

Interesting to see another take on double diamond processes from someone not in the software world. The symptom / cause can be assisted by the ‘5 whys’ technique. An alternative to the notebook for non linear approaches is now the unlimited virtual whiteboard software which achieves the same thing (minus the enjoyable tactility of a notebook), and be used collaboratively. For really large projects, it may not be possible to know how to fully solve at the outset , so mapping all the steps to a solution isn’t possible. In that case you need a series of ‘epics’, which help explore possible answers and move you toward your goal.

I did something very similar in planning and selling service contracts in the HVAC market. Great explanation, and it really illustrates the importance of just writing things down versus "keeping it all in your head." I cannot plan with an app or on a screen, I need to have a pencil or pen in my hand and paper to write on.

I use as well Lamy fountain pens and I love them, what’s the system you use to stick them to your notebook please?

I always have the question, when you use the TN, you pull out the notebook to write and put it back to the sleeve after every time?

Love this! I have adhd and autism and I struggle a lot with decision paralysis and planning in a realistic useful way. I get all these big amazing ideas and then get lost in the weeds trying to execute them, then I lose focus. This will really help!

I have two questions… maybe they were answered in the video; if so, I missed it 😅

1. Can something like this be applied to my own life, with no other people involved? In other words, if I am, say, job hunting (i am), would this notebook method help to organize my thoughts and processes there? If so, how? (That’s a big question, I know! I’m fine with a smaller answer!)

2. Can you define the term “page execution?” I think I’m getting lost between page executions and executing a plan.
