I draw inspiration from various artists such as Beardsley, Escher, Geiger, and more. I love patterns in nature and Greek and Oriental textiles and am influenced by art from various cultures and time periods (especially art deco and art nouveau).

✅ Remember, doodling is relaxing. Don't stress out. :)
Doodling as a form of art therapy:
You can use doodles as a way to destress and unwind, It lowers your blood pressure. While relaxing , doodling also exercises and improves your mental sharpness. I use doodling as art therapy from a stroke I suffered in the latter part of 2022.
I hope you enjoyed the video and got inspired today.
