My OB6 is the personal favorite of my growing hardware synth collection, but I'm still tempted to pick up an OBX, OBXa, OB8, or Matrix-12 one day.  I just love the classic Oberheim sound!

It would have been even better without the LFO modulating the pitch...

That description is accurate. Really accurate. Vintage synths are indeed just like classic cars. Lively, unpredictable, lovely to deal with. My OB-8 and Polysix indeed have the hood open quite often. But when they play they produce just pure lushness, the Obie especially. I really love that synth, it's so full...

It seems to be detune ?? is it normal ...........i had an OBXA and it wasn't !

The thing you do around 8.15 made me have goosebumps, great feeling.
