New water-cooled, oil-free screw compressors in the 45 to 90 kW range

With its completely oil-free compression process, the new SO series from BOGE is ideal for sensitive areas of production that require oil-free compressed air, such as the pharmaceutical, food, beverage and semiconductor sectors. Now, BOGE has overhauled the water-cooled 45 to 90 kW screw compressors. The results can be seen for themselves: the new screw compressors are a whole three decibels quieter, consume less energy at a higher delivery rate, and come with premium efficiency-class BOGE IE3 motors. All models in the 45 to 90 kW range are also available with variable frequency as standard, so they adapt to the user's current compressed air needs. BOGE's new generation of water-cooled screw compressors with variable frequency are a significant improvement on the previous generation.

Maintenance-friendly design
All components are easy to access and placed in an optimal position in the cooling air flow of the machine. The new SO series takes up very little space, as the side doors are detachable and thus require only a narrow side clearance. The high-quality materials and fewer wearing parts make for minimal maintenance costs and a long service life. All models are optionally available with cowl cooler or heat recovery.
