I m currently 14 year old training since 4 months but still want a complete 7 day workout plan which I can repeat every week for lifetime and become fitter and stronger each week . Basically I want a complete calisthenics routine of a week including when to rest, how to do calisthenics without any equipment and plzzzz make workout less than 30 minutes each day . Also 1 more request plzz include warm-ups and stretching.

i can do normal pushups and bodyrows for about 12 reps, but i can't do dips. haven't done enough support hold training.

ОтветитьI have a very minimalistic calisthenics routine I almost do every other day.
Sticking to push-pull-legs-hinge-cardio exercises in my routine. I divide the exercises into upper/lower/ full body split using every minute on the minute protocol. Warm up consists of doing 9-15 exercises, 20 seconds each doing both passive and active stretching sums it up to doing 3-5 minute warm up.
In total, it only takes 3-12 minutes (sometimes 30 minutes minimum on weekends). It only requires my bodyweight, high paralettes bar, and resistance bands only.
Using the floor & table. Go to a park for the bars. I wouldn't trust my weight stepping up onto a dining chair. Use sturdy park benches I walk past instead.

ОтветитьGuys, it's better to buy a horizontal bar, otherwise you'll break all the furniture, I'm speaking from my own experience
