I dont know why someone wont make an app that costs $10 pre month for normal people. $30 per month is too expensive, musicians are poor, the gear alone to be able to play costs the earth these days.

Ultimate guitar is billing me around 60.00 , how can I unsubsubscribe from them. They said their site was free. Haven’t used them in ages.

i just signed up for the 39.99 a year special. i was disappointed to see there was no tutorial to show you the basic features of the site! They should have a video like this explaining the different features. Thanks for the video!

Signed up for 1 year of service, but they have a systematic auto renew and wouldn't provide a full refund when requested. Read the fine print as these folks are out for your money anyway they can get it. Big rip-off scammers imo. Do not give these people your credit card number!!!

I’ve had this app since I was a kid. Ended up getting a lifetime subscription to the pro version when those were still a thing and been grandfathered in ever since. Has a special place in my heart tbh 😭

They’ve finally allowed sharing of set lists. Good move, now work on the search feature. If you don’t type the song or artists name perfectly it won’t find what you’re looking for.

do NOT buy ANY subscription based apps, they are a con, remember when you could just BUY an app ?? 1 off payment, job done 🤔 the price of these subscription apps is the same as a lifetime app, it would be different iff the were cheaper, but they are jot . total CON 😡

This is terrible service. I took a yearly subscription because I saw an advertisement on the site that they had a video on how to play the song I wanted. After I paid, the video disappeared, and support sent me to the course page and no longer contacts me.

There is also a fucking turbo expensive option where you unknowingly enter into a yearly subscription, and after using it for a couple of months the money grabbing bastards charge you again and don’t give any way at all to get a refund or cancel the subscription that you didnt know you had. Fucking pirates.

Thanks for your video. I have been a member of Ultimate Guitar Pro for over 10 years. For some strange reason, I have been unable to transpose songs like I once did. Finding someone to contact about this has been really difficult. Do you have an email address that I can write to about this?

I hate that every time I use UG that I have to mute all the instruments and highlight bass guitar all the time. I can’t find where I can save that setting. Also I have a Vidami. I think I can use it with UG. I’ll have to check since I haven’t renewed my subscription due to this issue.

Ultimate Guitar is way too glitchy for the money. Is there an alternative?

Ultimate guitar is a scam. An advertised limited time offer 90% discount was offered and i purchased. Went to use it and nothing worked. All I got was (FILE NOT FOUND) Nowhere can I find an access on ultimate guitar website to ask for help.

Ultimate Guitar is a shonky company that steals money and won't return it. I signed up for a 7 day trial and they took $98.99 out of my account. I cancelled the subscription within 10 minutes of sign up then saw that they had charged me. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY, dreadful behaviour. Look at other online reviews before dealing with them.

How do you show the chords under the chord section of a song it's not even showing them on android. Also how do you select something to repeat under tabs when I press and hold nothing happens when I press and drag nothing happens.

only thing i hate about ultimate guitar is the lessons are all over the place. you pay your money as a beginner and its far too overwhelming. instead of a 12 week introduction course where you go from a-b-c and so on its just a fucking mess.

I have a really important question, is the free Trial mandatory? Do I need to use it to use the app? Because I once downloaded it and right after I made the preparations to make the app better with reccomendations, it appeared something about using it either weekly, daily or monthly and Idk if I just payed the free Trial accidentally because I clicked on the weekly now I am scared for life right now and I need to know if that is the free Trial or not

Used to love the UG app - I paid for a pro membership - and used it for many years live, but sadly, in the last year, the app has become so slow and glitchy to load tabs that it’s not usable in a live gig. I have reached out to UG support but they don’t seem to be concerned about it. I’m using a different platform now for my music.

Hello, they stole my money, can you help me? I signed up for free version, they wanted my card info so i gave it. They charged 50 euro. I dontk now why you promote a scammer site.

The main issue with learning without a teacher is, no one is there to say your picking hand is wrong or finger placement or thumb placement is bad. When learning on your own you can pick up horribly bad habits and injuries.
