Foliar Feeding Vegetable Plants For Insane Yields (2018)

I saved weeds in a 10 gallon bucket for about a month and a half and I filled it with water like you said and capped it and let it sit for two months. Then I siphoned it off into 1 gallon milk jugs and capped them. I got 10 gallons of one hundred percent fertilizer. I haven’t used any of it yet but I can’t wait, I’m very excited!

I have been pulling up weeds with the roots attached. Would it be better or no to use the roots as well as the leaves to make the fertilizer?

LOL!!! yep Canadaaaaaaah. I think you smoked a few before making the vid lol. Yah do know your screwing your plants up by having lights on in the middle of their sleep cycle right? Considering your are in an outside greenhouse and the sun will be up in a couple hours.. if youre going to foliar feed continuously, treat it like soil then. straight water foliar spray every second spray. wax on wax off. burn your leaves just as easily as through normal uptake.

Looks like you were really "feeling good" in this video. LOL

Remember that only some nutrients can be absorbed through the stomata, and you must foliar spray the under-side of the leaves where they are located with a fine mist, not a rough spray on the top side

Overall your video is great, but I just wanted to point out that the stomata of most plants actually open during the day and close at night, not the other way around...

At night foliar feeding can cause dampness and encourage fungal growth?

If you use Yucca extract it will take the buoyancy from the water and it will lay flat on the leaf no beads no magnifying glass you could spray it in the morning so you don’t risk plant molding

I been doing hydropinics recently.
I use the masterblend nutrients.
So had some leftover and decided to mist my plants with it.
They exploded with dark lush green leaves the next day.
Was impressed.

I also combine effective micro organisms which I also make with my FPJ at the same time. I can do this because both solutions are sugar based.

Science says Stomata are closed at night and open during the day, thats my understanding.

If farmers do that, our water will be a lot cleaner and the fish will be much happier. Since it's mostly absorbed, there won't be much phosphorus for runoff.

So what happens when it rains during the day and then is followed but intense heat and sun? Do the leaves burn? Watering during the day and and water turning into laser beams on leaves are old wives tales. Plenty of documented peer reviewed information readily available. Please do your research before making comments. Foliar feeding although is great to do at night is also the worst time do it when worried about mold or fungus.

Is this gonna work on other plants like passion fruit? Some plant leaves have a smooth surface. It repells water unlike pineapple plants, and tomato plants.

never tried it on my potatoes, but next year I'm foliar feeding them too.

Just throwing this out there, but has anyone made a foliar feed with seaweed extract or fermented seaweed? Seems like the results could be quite good given the nutrient profile of seaweed!
