After watching the plant manager Mr Martin Thomas abusing a member of the public with foul language, physical threats and defaming said member of the public with the most vile and disgusting slurs I am truly appalled at his representation of this company. Mr Thomas also blatantly lied to the police when he called them saying the member of the public threatened his colleague when no such thing occurred, luckily the whole thing was filmed so the gentleman has proof of his calm and polite manner throughout. After almost an hour of him abusing this gentleman he finally gets the owner of the company ( Sean Comerford ) on the phone who lied about his name being James after he had already said he was James’s boss. The member of the public would be well within his rights to take legal action against Mr Thomas for defamation for his vile slurs and accusations. Personally anyone doing any business with this company would seriously reconsider if they saw the video of the disgraceful behaviour of Mr Thomas and hearing Mr Comerford lying.
