That was fascinating! Thank you for the education. I would love to know from anyone in the field, not during an exam (always stressful) but is it stressful in any way for the individual Sommelier on a daily basis? It looks intense. I know there is joy there too, just wondering about pressure of being right all the time, or no pressure... :)

I mean, more than 85% of Somms will get it wrong, just the way this master Somm got it all wrong. Anyway that was a complete fail…I think

These people need a show in Vegas where people can drink while watching them.

I just watched this at home for an hour while drinking. I could do this for another 5 hours, truly fascinating how their minds and sense work.
