Dr Sten Ekberg has been also discussing Choline. I would love to see a discussion with the two of you.
Thanks for these fantastic videos. I think my family is starting to have ears to hear the message. Blessings to you and Judy 💓
Wow, mind blown! Thanks for the great video!
ОтветитьThanks. Another wonderful presentation.
ОтветитьOkay, here's a hypothetical case that I would be interested in your opinion on. A 55 year old post-menopausal woman is compound heterozygous for MTHFR. She weighs approx. 250 but is very active and eats a ketovore diet and takes B supplements. She is starting to add more choline rich foods and has been taking BodyBio PC for a week. If you came across such a case, would you suggest doubling the PC for a while due to her current excess weight. Thank you for considering this hypothetical case for me.
ОтветитьVery interesting .. can you be too high in b12 that’s what came back in my blood work I take Thorne methy guard plus so I backed off ?? Thanks how to get methylation b vitamins from food? I have mthfr
ОтветитьThank you Sir for another great teaching video ❣️Please keep them coming……Shazam lol
‘ Excito Toxins’ book by Russel Blaylock…..so much info on the Taste that kills….. a must read in my humble opinion…..greetings from Goldsboro NC
Egg yolks liver and what other foods?? Fish? Can you list some other foods. Thanks 🙏 should a enzyme be taken to get better absorption? Ps I miss your wife’s cooking segment s
ОтветитьFirst a question, then a comment. I've heard that cooking egg yokes destroys the nutrients. It was only a comment by another lay person like myself so while I take it with interest, it needs to be validated or discredited. Do you have any information on this?
Fascinating research very well presented. I am deeply grateful to have found your channel and all that you do to describe these things in detail.
I do the work. I'm currently on the carnivore diet and eat three to six eggs a day and liver two or three times a month.
Fascinating presentation.
Does choline promote/aggravate prostate cancer?
Thank you.
THANK YOU, So VERY much, Dr. GoldKamp!
EXCELLENT video!
I'm sharing it w/ my sister.
Have a GREAT day, Neighbor!
July 12 is early middle but it's hot in Philly today - Here is to truth, fairness and accountability. Something right wingers are completely ignorant on
ОтветитьReally enjoyed the talk much appreciated
ОтветитьMust be working for the good Dr. He looks great! TY for this informative presentation.
ОтветитьThank you for the information. I need to find out more about my SNPs. Where does methylmalonic acid fit in? I know mine is low.
ОтветитьSo relevant. Thank you!
ОтветитьHow many pasture raised egg yolks per day?
ОтветитьThank you for sharing
ОтветитьIs it possible, that what seems is a significant increase in primary brain tumours, even in children, could in part, be from a deficiency in the mother, or from a diet inadequate in those nutrients?
ОтветитьAlways interested in nutrients for the brain
Ответитьlink to the 2 studies not working
ОтветитьVery interesting video, loved the beautiful background, I can picture myself living in such a lovely place, thank you
ОтветитьDo more choline videos. Does it help with diabetis?
ОтветитьDid you mean DHA? In a few places you said DHEA. Besides this, thanks for another informative video.
ОтветитьI like the deep dive topics, especially those related to common genetic snp’s like this video. (Choline, mthfr, Vitamin D absorption)
Gut health is also a great topic, such as how to rebuild healthy bacteria after antibiotics.
Cofactors associated with getting optimum vitamin d levels would be interesting topic (eg vitamin A, magnesium, vitamin K2, keeping insulin low when making vitamin D, uvb sun exposure, etc)
you look good at the age of 66
ОтветитьI thought that the reason that omega 3 and omega 6 are referred to as “essential” is because our bodies can’t make them, but you now reveal that we can make omega 3 from choline. Fantastic video, as always. Thanks.
