As soon as I saw the thumbnail, I clicked! I had been religiously watching that anime noong 2000's. May isang episode na i-edit kasi may slight bastos...but then mas grabe yung manga version. The ED soundtrack is still awesome
ОтветитьAXN stopped airing English dubbed anime shows (mostly done in Hong Kong) & aired anime shows in its original Japanese language with English subtitles.
ОтветитьMeron sila kanilang channel animax at as of now wala pa sila na release bagong latest anime

ОтветитьSheeesh, I miss this AXN.
ОтветитьI used to get jealous of my cousin kasi they have cable TV lol I remember only watching axn during sleepovers so this brings back memories 😂
Ответить2003 I see. I think the anime block of AXN is a preparation for the launch of Animax in South East Asia the next year (Happy 20th year).
The anime block on AXN was retain until it was shorten its airing time from 2 hours to 1 hour then 30 minutes.
Then on 2016 (correct me if I'm wrong), the last anime was aired is SKET DANCE until AXN Asia focuses on U.S. TV programming with a mix of Asian programs (specials and local franchises)
Another Trivia: Ayashi no Ceres got a FilDub treatment when it was first aired on HERO TV in 2012 or 2013.
Censored version siya kasi wala yung mga nudity scenes ng anime na yan. I still enjoyed it after knowing na same author pala ng Fushigi Yuugi ang may gawa niyan
Noong may cable kami sa bahay noong 2002, I remember na pinalabas sa AXN ang mga vibrant action packed animes tulad ng "Slam Dunk", "Uchuu Senkan Yamamoto Yohko", "Dual!" "Edens Bowy", "Gatekeepers" at "Vandread" to name a few.
Ответитьsave for the anime this is similar content to axn europe around that time
Ответитьripleys believe it or not, who dares wins and fear factor! kamiss
ОтветитьSakura Wars, Strange Dawn, Gatekeepers, Boys Be, and Ayashi No Ceres yung mga inaabangan ko na anime sa AXN.
ОтветитьAXN in its glorious prime was a phenomenal hub for anime, action shows, space operas, action movies, thrillers, crime shows, and anything that spells high-octane pacing, action, and tension. Throughout my years watching AXN, I have found myself intrigued with CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, Profiler, Who Dares Wins, Ripley's Believe It or Not, Now See This, Andromeda, Courage, The Amazing Race, and Robin Hood: Men in Tights among various shows and movies that capitalized on leaving the viewers with high doses of adrenaline. As a growing anime fan about to fully embrace my Otaku side the year after 2003, I still found myself enjoying Ranma 1/2, Gensomaden Saiyuki, Rave Master, Cooking Master Boy, You're Under Arrest, You're Under Arrest 2, and El Hazard. Therefore, AXN was a network I saluted for getting my adrenaline fix on, especially for anime.
ОтветитьBack when Sony owned the channel.
