This is true. I am from Somalia, and the US was slowly destroying the Horn African nation since 1947. They started with studying and spying the country for years, and then set the plan to destroy in three stages.
1. Destroying the economy, by poisoning the livestock of the country which were 90% the back bone of the economy. Giving wrong advice to devaluate their currency.
2. Set up armed rebels to put down the government ( in 1989 the American Embassy in Mogadishu brought shipment of a larger container at Mogadishu Airport. The Somali government want to check what is inside the container, the Ambassador refused and was ordered to stay with the container during the night. There was 48 hrs of political war between Somali government and the American Embassy in Mogadishu about what is inside the container. At last the Somali government let it go.
Later on USAID delivered weapons to USC rebels in the city. That shows the container was full of weapons.
The Italian Catholic Church in Mogadishu was funding street gangs to disrupt peace in the city. These gangs were rapping women and robbing shops.
3. And at last the American Army attacked the country. “Remember “Black Hawk Down”
The UNDP (United Nations Development Program) was also involved the civil war. This office had 24 vehicles (SUVs). The office delivered these vehicles to USC rebels.
The UNHCR ( United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees) was also involved. The UNHCR set up a refugee Camp named Mogabbe Refugee Camp in Kenya close to the border of Somalia. They set up the camp and made it ready with tents, water, clinics, schools for children, food etc before the war. They bought the land from Kenyan Muslims 8 years ahead of the civil war. Later on the Kenyans told the story to Somali refugees who were settled in the new camp.
This is how the west destroyed Somali collectively.
The Russian Embassy in Mogadishu warmed the Somali government about what was going on those night USAID was delivering weapons to the rebels.
