LOVE these two. I have one thing to say - some vitamins are synthetic or man made and some people cannot take them. I recently learned I cannot take folic acid (synthetic B9) due to the MTHFR gene. A person may not be able to methylate vitamin D due to an MTHFR gene mutation too. This mutation prevents the body from breaking down certain toxins and properly methylating. Women with the MTHFR 677TT genotype have lower vitamin D levels than women with the MTHFR 677CC and 677CT genotypes. For me taking folic acid was horrible inflammation and pain. I am fearful of all synthetic vitamins and at the moment I am detoxing from all the folic acid I was prescribed along with Methotrexate for my autoimmune disease. I will slowly increase all natural forms of vitamins using caution with vitamins in a bottle. If you start to feel bad with synthetic vitamins please STOP THEM ♥️🙏

My wife has immune system deficiency rheumatoid arthritis also vitamin D deficiency in fact very very low. She had three jabs for the Covid. But still had Covid twice. She’s asthmatic bit overweight. Still survived 🎉. Must be more to it than what you’re saying.
I’ve had it three times so you’re not immune after the first one. What I did notice is when I had it my heart rate was up quite a lot and I can imagine with people with heart problems that’s not good. My resting heart rate is about 50 when I have Covid it’s between 80 and 90bpm.
