Ответитьive been trying to do a little bit of fitness in my home since we started social distancing and as someone who never exercises, this was hard XD but it is pushing me to get some exercise done and I love how it is short time brackets and doesn't take an hour, I like to start small and work up, thanks!
ОтветитьLoved this workout, BUT I was sweating so much that my feet actualy started slipping on the floor, doing it on a rug didn't help as well, so I could only the half of the workout :( I just don't know what to do with that!

ОтветитьI really need to thank you so much for being who you are. To me, you are my great motivator. I danced ballet for twenty years of my life until I decided it was not professionally for me, no matter how much I love it. I was much better suited to be a chef. However, I just can’t find any exercise program that I feel comfortable in other than ballet class. With Lazy Dancer Tips I have found my happy medium. I am finally back on track to feeling healthy again. Thank you Alessia. 😘
