Just so everyone knows, restaurant stars are not Google review stars. So if your client requests a certain rating, you should ask them to clarify, if they mean Michelin stars, or if they are asking about plate price. That could be a huge misunderstanding.

Yeah, I nailed these tasks. My way of thinking was pretty much the same.... With the dinner date I'd ask for a preferred time before looking. Some people like to eat early, others late.

Is there a simple way to access a clients calendar without logging into their account, or is that step absolutely necessary? I'd just be shocked that any client would allow any hired assistant to have so much access to their personal accounts. How do you easily transition between your own account and their account/ information on your own home computer? Are there resources that make this transition easier?

I really appreciated the resources such as worldtimebuddy and doodle!! But surely there are even more that VA's need to know about? A list of those and training using those would be highly beneficial.
