Denali National Park: Teklanika River, Alaska

Exploring Denali National Park, Alaska part 2 of 3 from August 4th to 8th, 2022. Camping in Teklanika River Campground for three nights, then returning to Riley Creek Campground for an additional two nights. Staring at the clear views of Mount Denali on our drive out to Teklanika River. Enjoying the scenery from riding the East Fork Transit Bus. Getting our adrenaline flowing during a close encounter with a grizzly bear while hiking the East Fork Toklat River. Watching a couple of grizzly bears on the Teklanika River near the campground. Walking on the spongy tundra during our off-trail hike in Igloo Canyon. Hiking the Savage Alpine Trail in the Savage River area. Wandering the exhibits inside the Visitor Center.
