The Economist Events' Sustainability Summit 2017 Preview

Very excited to participate in the panel discussion on Food!

The Trump administration seems worryingly resistant to the notion of climate change. I hope, like many things, this moderates over time as he's exposed to more information and ideas. As an American citizen, I think it's vital that the USA stay engaged and lead the movement to minimize long-term damage to our planet. Hopefully, the momentum within the market to continue developing sustainable ways of doing things (and particularly sustainable energy) is strong enough to go on with limited government intervention.
