the pork will be overcooked in this manner. It will taste tough not tender. Also best to cook the mushroom and pork separately so that the mushrooms can cooked till dehydrated and will be crisp. Also the one to one ratio of rice to water, should factor in the liquids from the sauces ie. all the sauces and water should be one to one ratio to rice.
