Hello Everyone, Today we are making a Lotus Root Curry recipe.

- Lotus root is rich in nutrients and has a lot of beneficial effects. Health benefits of eating lotus root includes reduction in cholesterol, improves digestion, helps to lower blood pressure and also helps to boost the immunity system. Lotus root also helps to prevent some forms of cancer, balances your mood, helps to relieve depression, increases the blood pressure and also helps to maintain the proper enzymatic activity in your body. -

Ingredients - Lotus Root 500g (නෙළුම් අල 500g)
Rice 3-4 tbs (හාල් මිටක් පමණ)
Curry Leaves (කරපිංචා)
Pandan Leaves (රම්පෙ)
3 Chili Pepper (අමු මිරිස් කරල් 3)
8-10 Onions ( රතු ළුණු ගෙඩි 8-10 පමණ)
6 Garlic (සුදුළුණු බික් හයක් )
2 Garcinia (ගොරකා කැබලි දෙකක් )
Fenugreek 1tsp (උළුහාල් තේ හැන්දක්)
Mustard Seed 1tsp (අබ තේ හැන්දක්)
Chili Powder 1tsp (මිරිස් කුඩු තේ හැන්දක්)
Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp (කහ කුඩු තේ හැදි භාගයක්)
Roasted Curry Powder 1tbs ( කළු පහේ මේස හැන්දක්)
Curry Powder 1tbs (තුනපහ මේස හැන්දක් )
Salt (ලුණු රස අනුව)
Coconut Oil (පොල්තෙල්)
Water 1 Cup (වතුර කෝප්පයක්)
Coconut Milk 1cup (මිටි කිරි කෝප්පයක්)
