So you agreed on the 15,000 with the guy who I was selling his property...and then you looked for the investor to buy your contract higher than what your $15, 000 was.... So the investor bought the contract for $28,450? So did he look at the property to figure out that's how much you wanted to buy it for or did you guys come to agreement with that price... Cuz he bought the contract for that price correct? Then out of the $28, 000 you got your $15, 000 out of that?...

ОтветитьDang girl that sounds like a lot of work. I just got my first deal recently using cold callers and an acquisitions manger they found it and locked it up since I work a full time job. I guess it was differnt back then 2 years ago sounds like wholesale was harder than it is today based on your story
