UN Committee on Torture Grilled Cameroon government on atrocities in Ambazonia. Cameroon Government should Stop the genocide in Southern Cameroon. Cameroonians don't have a say in their county. I have never seen a country that does not care about its people. Suspects spend close to two more years in custody without trial in Cameroon. The most lawless nation you can think about is Cameroon. Something will change, they will be held accountable for the atrocities. Alot of ambazonians are missing kidnapped illegal by the government forces. Ambazonia will be free. Just arrest all those concerned of such torture even those that are passing the order. After detention bail is suppose to be free but it is not applicable in Cameroon. Many Ambazonians have been in custody in Buea and Bamenda Central prison for more than 5 years, they have developed body rashes but no medication has been administer to him. Cameroon 🇨🇲 is not a member of not ratified against torture!!!! Cameroon police will lock you up for two months without telling you about your crime. Cameroon is the only country in the world that doesn’t respect human rights. U N tell Cameroon to free Ambazona leaders and stop killing people. Cameroon is a state of law on paper and not in practice. So sad. Cameroon government never give medical care to the detainees. UN SHOULD TALK AND TAKE ACTION BECAUSE WE ARE TYERD OF TALK AND CAMEROONIANS ARE DYING EVRYDAY . A police officer can arrest someone without a warrant in specific situations. Generally, warrantless arrests are allowed when:
1. Probable Cause: If the officer has probable cause to believe that the person has committed, is committing, or is about to commit a crime. For example, if an officer witnesses a crime happening, like assault or theft, they can arrest the suspect without a warrant.
2. Public Safety Concerns: If delaying an arrest to get a warrant would endanger public safety or allow the suspect to escape, officers can proceed without a warrant.
3. Felonies and Misdemeanors: Officers can often arrest someone without a warrant if they believe the person has committed a felony. For some misdemeanors, especially those involving violence, theft, or drug possession, officers may also arrest without a warrant. #UN stop the genocide perpetuated by Cameroon military on the people of Southern Cameroons aka Ambazonia
