I had that ballerina tea for 2+ years (it doesn’t expire until 2022) before i figured out how to use it and it work for me!!! I brew 2 bags and let it seep for ATLEAST 30mins... I only use about 4 - 8oz (MAX ) of water... and I drink it down in on gulp like a shot!!! That way definitely works!!!
