I like practice this drill all the time in the desert where I live in Las Vegas in 110 degree weather going down on a knee in desert Rock landscaping.. It will make you humble real quick. I highly recommend 👍👍

I shoot one of two g34's, one with RMR. The 34 with RMR is my brothers. I practice shooting with it a bit. My times acquiring seem to be faster behind the leafs. I was always under the impression that an RMR would make acquisition times shorter for anyone that knows the platform it's mounted to. Meh?

As an airsofter, that’s a suicide move 100%. He is waaaay too slow coming out of that vehicle exposing his head or his right shoulder. If there’s someone expecting you to come out of that direction, you’re dead.

This is the common problem I see with modern assault rifle training. They train with targets that don’t shoot back.

Well done, but I don't know about using the doors as cover, unless you were introducing this with the idea of having body armor. For regular people, I would think keeping the engine block between you and the bad guy, as well as the wheels(for the amount of, more solid metal for that low cover)would make sense. Now, I understand that there was only one car shown. Engine block to engine block movements with pauses at the wheels or windshields may be better options. But I can be wrong. Anyone care to enlighten me? I can't afford these types of classes so, I beg for anything to contribute to my knowledge of fighting around vehicles.

I see the method of movement, makes sense. The middle shot is exposing more of you than one probably should. This would also require good knees to do it this way or leg training to get you there. Though why walk out of cover behind the car?

One problem chief the only part of that car that will stop bullets is the engine bay. So probably want to stay behind that part of the car the most. I woulda shot over the hood around the front bumper and possibly underneath depending on shot angle.

That reload by the engine is a thing of beauty. Get out of the sight line, behind the axle/motor, reload and get back to work. That subtle lean back was so smooth. It’s natural but most people I believe put their heads down if being fired on. I’d bet the majority of people don’t even pick up on what they just watched in this short clip. Awesome.

Actually too close need to be back further belive it or not.if the person returns fire the rounds will skip.off that hood or roof and at that Distance it will connect with your face if u were back further it will go above your head angles all about angles

Pretty good tactics but some people that would possibly be firing back at you or be putting rounds all through that car.
To make sure you don't pop-up again. The training is great, but sometimes I question the reality. But hell, what do I know?

By no means am I an expert in this style of shooting. But why break the gun back to high ready when you stand up? Wouldn’t you want to stay pushed out while you back off the cover?
