The shiny stuff on that chair is called 'mother of pearl's'art work
Canada was French. France had the Louisiana Territory only, then the US bought it. Know your history guys.
The full height wooden paneling in French castles and Chateau is usually called 'boiserie.'
People don't realize but there is literally $100, of thousands of dollars in the furniture and paintings/picture frames in that castle, it's a shame to see it going to waste.
I LOVE LESLIE'S ATTITUDE. HE KNOWS HOW TO LISTEN WHEN OTHER PEOPLE ARE SPEAKING AND HE DOESN'T CONTRADICT THEM. I LIKE HIM MORE. HE DOESN'T TRY TO SHOW THAT HE KNOWS MORE.
How many Americans thought of Pepe La Pu when they saw the Skunk pelt?
So sorry.... but you speak.... to much.... if ones read it not see the pictures... ty
Oh My God Lesly and Dani What a wonderful job you gays done !😅❤
It goes without saying" might work instead of "No words". Im not complaining or trying to start debate. Just a suggestion that might help with vocabulary. I hear you say I don't know the American word. Im trying to learn Deutsch. To learn another language is a difficult task. My German is nowhere as good as your English. The both of you.
Did anyone have snow this morning. We have abou 5 inches and it's cold 18 Fahrenheit. E TN mountains.
We just show the best ones" I think others may agree with the idea that we also would like to see the messed up or junkie rooms. You guys seen them, some
times that is where the most rare of pieces are hidden!
Maravilhoso!
Those barrels are huge!
Really good
Danny's inlaid bedroom chair was so wonderful that it literally took my breath away 😮 thank you bros
Hello from Michigan! Those were not eye glass cases. They were cigar tubes. JS
Thank you!
I would think this property is more defined as a mansion rather than a castle which is designed to be more defensive and a different era.
Thank you
Another amazing adventure with you two in an awesome castle❤
Wonder if its haunted?
Hi Danny and Less ! Was great to see you both at the beginning of the video! Loved the 1st room you were in. All the pictures on the walls were beautiful. Fireplaces in old places are great. Danny, thanks for telling about the safe chest. Never seen one before. The chairs were exquisite. Love old furnishings they were so beautifully made back then. The cap and jacket in the one room was Air Force. Danny I have to agree with you that bedroom was drop dead gorgeous. Totally loved the fossils. How fun. As always had a really fun time exploring with you both. You made my day. ❤❤❤❤😊😊😊😊 sending love fro Arizona. Hugs
Beautiful place! FYI that animal skin on the floor is likely a badger.
I really love watching your vlogs guys 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉😮😮😮😮😊😊😊

MAGNIFIQUE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! that's exactly why i love yourchannel ! there are always sublime places or that you sublimate the places by the way you bring it to scd life !!! Bisous from France 💙🤍❤
New to your channel. Such beautiful belongings these people owned. I get emotional looking at them and want to thank you for being respectful of them. Thank you for giving us a glimpse into their lives and history. Peace, L&L2U both 💙
What intriguing and wonderful castle. I really liked all the bedrooms and wall papers. Where were the bathrooms? I hope it will not be left to decay. Many thanks for the interesting tour.
It's amazing how much wealth one can accumulate if 1. you inherit it and 2. you don't pay taxes. Imagine if we didn't have to pay taxes - we would all be earning triple, or more, of what we earn now.
Beautiful exploration.❤
Really love the blue colored bedroom It's very simple but beautiful. The wallpaper is fantastic. Only thing in the corner was a hidden door. Wonder what was behind that door. Thanks for sharing this with us.
The jaw bone that was in the basement believe was in fact a jawbone
That is not a skunk pelt it is a badger pelt
You said in your intro that someone in the home had been an Archaeologist that explains all the fossils and bones
The thing you where holding on to Leslie was a jaw bone as it had the holes where the teeth fell out or where pulled out
I hadn't watched the channel for a time, and when the video began, I noticed it was not the same voice. AI, alright, but the world is becoming impersonal. 😢
The animal skin on the bedroom floor is a badger.
Thank you for all you do. I love the care and love you show for the things and the people who lived in each place you explore. Take of yourself as you both explore.
