These horses are force to stand in one spot for hours, and have over the top bridles that the gaurds tug on. Clearly the horse is uncomfortable and tired of being a prop like most rich people do when they have horses, just to flaunt. These gaurds are also just for show, dressed up in shiny armor and yet i dont think they would do any harm at all in their shiny gimmicks. Its not good horsemanship its all for show and the horses clearly dont like it. Stop giving the royals attention, they are disgusting

It's the bit, it's too far back on the horse's mouth, and pulling on their lips. Look at virtually all of their body language. Doesn't help to have a crowd around, either.

Why couldn't they get a new horse, and let the one acting out take a break? Horse's are loving animal's that require a little finesse. If they act out and need a break, they should be allowed to do so.

I realize the tack and uniforms are traditional, but the curb bits are miserable to the horse to have contact on for hours. None of the guards know enough to really release contact when the horse gets agitated. One horse had its tongue over the curb bits between it and the snaffle. It’s like a vise and a lot of horses will flip over backwards when it happens. The guy on the white horse kept spurring it while holding it back with the bridle. These guards can’t ride their way out of a telephone booth. The crown probably doesn’t want to spend the money to teach them. Compare that to Queen Elizabeth, whose horse spooked badly in a parade, and she quietly brought it smoothly under control.

Prime example of these horses having mental stress issues from never being allowed to be a horse. Zero freedom from working them all the time, no time running in a filed/pasture to just be a horse. They are making the horses insane, much like a caged bird.
This is what happens when horses have had enough of this treatment.
This is why emergency buzzers were installed, they know they have problems.
