The Face of Arthropleura

Arthropleura has long been considered one of the earliest millipedes, and a giant one to boot! But mostly we've had only fragments of its body, enough to show it could be massive, but not a ton about the finer details of its anatomy. Now, new fossils from France which were micro-CT scanned have given us a great look into the ancient millipede ancestor.
