Great video
ОтветитьMy garage doors are insulated and one of them has a bad spot in it to where the bottom seal does nothing, so I bought a rubber seal with a lip that I glued down on the concrete. The building is on a hill that was dug out and they should have raised the building up higher. The building was built at least 30 years ago and why they didn't put a rat guard along the bottom doesn't make sense. I bought the stainless steel wool and put it in all the places a rodent could get through. It must be working so far. I still have bait boxes outside. I put the seal around the doors since they were in bad shape. I could only find them in 10 foot lengths and the the doors are taller. The doors face the west and get all of the afternoon sun 🌞.
ОтветитьNutri rat maybe.
ОтветитьLooks like a part grown Raccoon taking in the swimming area and the beach. He'll probably leave you his "calling card" right where you lay on your banket!!! haha
ОтветитьYour livin the dream brother...I thoroughly enjoy watching your progress on the new place
ОтветитьNow you can legally walk around with a sidearm on your hip.
ОтветитьYou better be careful with Sharons crafting supplies lol
ОтветитьNutria or muskrat 🤷🏻♀️
ОтветитьOur Goverment isnt responding. Its not Eucraine and no kickbacks.
ОтветитьSwimming critter looked like it had a coon tail. You ought to hook a ten foot piece of chain link to that drag harrow. You probably got a piece of well pipe laying around to support it. Sure would get done quicker. Maybe not perfect but good enough.
ОтветитьWe're in extreme drought again here, no rain in the 10 day forecast.
ОтветитьNice new garage door openers, good plan to install the seals/weatherstrip to keep the critters out.
ОтветитьWas that a raccoon? In the water?
ОтветитьMuskrat for sure.
ОтветитьGood video 👍 you are certainly getting through a pile of work while it stays dry, although some much needed rain might hold the work back a bit would certainly do the plots some good 👍
ОтветитьKapper Fam - Warm Welcome to MO! Looks like you're close to Rolla/Phelps Cty. Our primary Multi-Geneartaional family farm is off MO72 about 10 miles towards Salem. But the farm my father gre up on is right on the edge of Rolla.
We live full time in N. IL still, but we too will be moving to the free state of MO pretty soon, hopefully.
Lukily for us, having all our family been in Phelps cty for 4 generations, we only have to move our house, not en entire farm 🙂
Hope you end up loving MO as much as we do👍
Cool video as usual! Any updates on the Stealth revolver cams? Should I pull trigger? Thank you whether or not you can respond! Love your videos! :D
ОтветитьAre you going too Equip Exposition This Year?
ОтветитьWe have 20 dock doors in my factory, they got a bottom seal that looks like aluminum angle iron that screws to the inside bottom of the door. Might work for you? No idea where they got it, possibly Overhead door
ОтветитьWe cleared 6 acres a month ago with the state as well. Planted right before the rains. We need a little more rain still to keep the growth.
