How do you get tar effect when you shoot him with the explosive gun?

In the Torgue DLC there is a spammable quest that will give about 9k exp every 1:45. I think it's around 9k, I don't remember.

This didnt work on Xbox for me he would just get to a sliver of health and you would have to use the fire weapon to kill him

this glitch is better if you have the ifinity gun it has infinity bullets you could leave it overnight somehow and get so much xp

great vid but i have to say, i did this form 10.
from lvl 10 i got 169 xp
from lvl 13 i get 9 xp
so i dont know if this is the fastest way.

Well this Vandal glitch just gives out like 96 EXP now. So sad that I did not got earlier...

for me that would be a waste of my time, if you want to level up, go to the highlands - outwash and fight old slappy,it is much faster then what you are doing.
