Recycling 238 year old wood for Preservation Maryland

Recently I created some pieces for Preservation Maryland from some timbers that they rescued from a house in Hagerstown Maryland. These timbers came from a house that was built in 1739. While there was a lot of rot and termite damage to the timbers, I was able to salvage some of this beautiful old oak.
