You come off genuinely warm and understanding. My husband and I are inspired by you and your story. We love watching your content because we feel like you are a real person and like we actually can trust you. ОтветитьI use stupidly simple macros because it’s stupidly simple to use. No cap. My experience was tons and tons of trial and error and watching and paying attention to your body. Scott mentions water retention and that baffled me for the longest time. Why was I fat or 2 days and then all of sudden lean as shit? What’s going on? Water bro. Water. Such an important point because it’s going to mess with your head, atleast it did mine. Many folks forget your brain needs carbs too guys, may explain alot these days actually 😅

ОтветитьHey man. I’m starting my fitness journey this week, and I’m wondering, if taking/using a protein supplement/powder is something I should start doing. I’m not looking to get shredded or anything. I just want to stop being shapes and get in shape. I’m basically trying to lose my gut, and tone up a bit. I’m 5’10” and around 250 pounds currently if that helps. Any thoughts or suggestions?
