I have such a long way to go to achieve this build lol

I went with adept, control, exploit, imbiber, destruction and flame feeder. Had charged but replaced it with destruction. Love my ball lightning sorc. I have barber but it feels like cheating ha, after buff I am doing quite well even though I loved it before.

What does attack speed do for the orbs?

with static surge the talent for ball lighting to stun is better i think, its almost always up and stunning mobs

i find it very funny that every video showing ball lighting builds shows only open maps and not maps with small rooms and doors (ball lighting disappears when hitting walls/doors still)

After playing a ton of D4 sorcerer, I think the most enjoyable build for this class is just a BG3 sorcerer.

Blizzard needs to provide a new way for Mana regeneration Management system for Sorceress after they removed the old Mana Regeneration using CDR system. May be by Super-fast Mana regeneration like D3 or Mana potions like D1&D2&POE. I like Mana Potion option, after all all Mages never leave home without carrying some Mana Potions in their belt, don't they?

Would this build still somewhat work as a fresh lvl 50 sorc? And just work your way towards the paragon?

you are lvl 100 and you kill lvl 95 it's easy show the build :(

Ball Lightning got buffed but still no change to balls disappearing when they touch walls, which is almost unplayable while in small corridors, narrow spaces.

Where do I find the aspect for the ball lightning?

Ball lightning is not the best lightning in the slightest the chain lightning puts this to shame

The moment you put that fucking barber in the build you lost me. Anything works with that abomination, it's just killing all the fun in any build.
Funny you talk about not being a meta follower but uses barber, the most meta thing in the game right now.

This build should be named "Sigma Grindset" because you just slap things to death with your balls.

My issue with this build so far, is I'm not getting enough Crackling Energy to maintain my mana. So sometimes it fizzles out.

I find it disheartening and deceptive to show videos of character traits at level 100. Or, basically, at the absolute pinnacle of a build. Why not show this build at level 60 and/or level 80?

This build is legit for real. I have only one issue on occasion with random leftover stragglers. Sometimes they take forever to kill. But for the most part this build smashes. I kept everything exactly like the video says too,no deviation. Thanks for this, its pretty fun.

This build got me from finishing Nightmare @lvl 67 and tearing up Torment lvl 78 Hell Tides!

Add more legendary unique weapons & armor & skills that do different stuff…more skill & builds. That’s it!!! That’ll keep people playing. Skills & Builds!!! Skills & Builds!!! Skills & Builds!!! That’s it!

I'm pretty sure I'm stronger without the orb I use chain lightning and fireball and unstable

CORRECTION: Unstable Currents casts a random shock skill, regardless of whether it is on your skill bar.
