Ответитьआदि भाई, VLCCs ३३०००० टन के होते हैं और करीब ३३० से ३४० मीटर तक लंबे होते हैं, ६० मीटर चौड़े.....हम वहीं काम करते है.....जहाजी हैं.....भारत में ऐसे जहाज बनाने की काबिलियत अभी तक तो किसी कम्पनी के पास नहीं......हां जो दो दक्षिण कोरियाई कंपनिया भारत में इस क्षेत्र में निवेश कर रही हैं, उन में यह काबिलियत बहुत पहले से है.....फिलहाल मै उन्हीं के बनाए एक जलयान पर कार्यरत हूं। बहुत बड़ा कदम भारत सरकार का......सराहनीय.....सौभाग्य की बात ......शुभकामनाएं🎉🎉

A bug bioist to our shipping and very large oil tankers will complement our military grade and r&d on metallurgy as Pathikrit ji said. Collaborations with Hyundai, South Korea etc. is beneficial for us. Another monopoly of west that we are trying to break. Great update. Bharat mata ki jai!

Surely the realisation that we are dependent on foreign owned tankers was known. Why doesn't the government help Indian shipping companies acquire tankers from foreign countries for the time being while we build our own capabilities ?
