- 2 Large Russet Potatoes (About 2LB)
- 1/4 Cup Bell Pepper Of Your Choosing, Chopped
- 1/4 Cup Onion, Chopped
- 2 TBSP Olive Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Smoked Paprika
- Cayenne Pepper
- Garlic Powder

1. Peel, Slice, And Chop Up Your Potatoes Into Nice Bite Sized Pieces.
2. Throw Into A Bowl Of Water To Wash Off The Excess Starch.
3. Strain Out Water Before Cooking
4. Heat Up A Large Cast Iron Skilled Or Pan Over Medium High Heat
5. Add 1-2 TBSP Olive Oil To The Pan And Toss In Potatoes
6. Mix And Allow To Cook For A Minute Untouched.
7. While It’s Cooking, Prep The Pepper And Onion By Chopping Into Small, Even Sized, Pieces
8. Continue To Cook Potatoes Mixing Every 2-3 Minutes Until They Start To Get Colder Brown (10-15 Min)
9. Add In The Peppers And Onions. Cook Until Soft (2-3 Minutes)
10. Add Spices Listed Above, Mixed And Enjoy!
