3,000 calories equals 1 lb of body fat 60 lb =180,000 calories , 6,000 calories a month , 200 calories a day , thats a can of soda ,1 donut or a fancy coffe from starbucks a day without i minute of exercise....AND IT IS STILL TOO MUCH TO ASK FROM HER .
