Instead, they took his word for it that he was Andrew Burdick and booked him into jail where he was incarcerated for two and a half months, got a job in jail, and ultimately pleaded guilty before a District Court judge to attempted possession of a stolen vehicle and failure to respond at the command of police.

The problem with this, he wasn’t Andrew Burdick, he was Adam Burdick, Andrew’s younger brother and nobody figured out the deception that was staring them right in the face.
