This Meal is Done In 15 Minutes, Packed With Flavor And High In Protein!

- 1 LB Grass Fed Ground Beef 90/10
- 1 LB Pasta (Fresh or Boxed)
- 2 Cans, Diced Fire Roasted Tomatoes
- 1/2 Shallot, Chopped
- 3 Cloves Garlic, Chopped
- Salt & Pepper

1. Begin To Boil Water Then Heat A Large Pan Or Cast Iron Skillet Over Medium High Heat. Depending On Pasta Cook Time, Either Cook Boxed Pasts Now (Usually 8-10 Min) Or Wait To Cook Fresh Pasta (Usually About 2 Min)
2. Prep The Garlic By Either Fine Chopping Or Pushing Through A Garlic Press And Shallots By Chopping Them Into Very Small Pieces.
3. Once Your Pan Is Nice And Hot, Add In Ground Beef. Spread Out The Beef To Cover A Larger Surface Area And Allow It To Sear. You Want The One Side To Brown Nicely So Leave For About 3 Min Or Until You See A Nice Crust Forming.
4. Flip And Chop Up. Allow The Other Side To Sear Off Again.
5. Once The Beef Is 80% Cooked, Add In Shallots And Garlic. Mix And Cook Everything Together For 1-2 Minutes Then Add In 2 Cans Of Fire Roasted Tomatoes.
6. Cook Everything Together An Additional Minute Or So, Until The Tomatoes Are Well Combined And Heated Up.
7. Add In The Cooked Pasta. Mix It All Together One Last Time Then Serve It Up!
