How to Find a Good Patent Attorney -Q/A

Speaking of attorneys, I filed my PPA by myself online in late October. Fast forward a few months, I get a letter dated on 18th January from some random patent and trade mark attorneys. They quoted my PPA Number, and my invention title.
My question is, would there be ANY way possible for a third party(regardless if they are an attorney, or affiliated with them, or USPTO officers) to be able to VIEW my PPA? without any authorisation/instruction?

What if u don't have a physical product..but rather a type of service..like grub hub or fed ex...it's not really a actual invention but a service..this has never been done before so I don't know where to start ..it would be a service not a product ...how do I protect my idea for the process?
