Have you tried a walker? It’s better than crutches and not as bulky as a transport chair you wouldn’t be able to live stream while using it but other times it would work.

I had a mishap in Toronto - a young man was running for a streetcar, I stood up from a crouching position and a soft part of his torso collided with my head. My vision was slightly affected for a few days. He said sorry, of course. I hate when people run for buses when they can see there are multiple people waiting to get on. DON'T RUN in busy street and transit environments.
