Incredible First Impressions of Dali, Yunnan, China

I really hope you can go to more restaurants like the one in this video. After all, the food choices at stalls are limited. You can experience more of the diversity of Chinese food in various types of restaurants. Some tofu type dishes, as well as vegetables, stews and stir-fries are not available at stalls. Basically every restaurant in China has more than 30 choices on the menu, and the menus of different restaurants will be quite different. For food explorers, going to formal restaurants is more interesting than roadside stalls.❤

In China, most of restaurants don't sever ice. The waiter was asking do you want beer at room temperature or cold(from a cooler usually)

The bill came out right. I think you guys just ordered too much food. Don’t know why you don’t like the cold chicken, it’s just like cold cut deli meat in western cuisine.

If you are still in Yunnan, I recommend you to go to Shaxi Ancient Town, I think you will love it there!

last time i visited YunNan，i went to Dali,Lijiang and luguhu， all amazing places which i would suggest you to visit too.

The drink in the white bottle is made from a very sweet lychee(lichee), 荔枝famous in Guangdong province. The fruit was so good that it was offer to the Empress Yang Gui Fei(杨贵妃)

As a Chinese, I really love your videos and appreciate how brave and kind you are in sharing your genuine experiences in China❤. If you enjoy traveling in natural landscapes, Xinjiang would be a really lovely place to travel!!! The blue and clear lake, the dense forests, the running cows and sheep by little path, along with the snowy mountains, are just incredible... I have never seen how humans and nature can coexist so closely. But, I have to say, if you can't bear the burden of long-distance travel driving since Xinjiang is a huge province, which could probably take 4 to 5 hours each day, it is not recommended. Anyhow, welcome to China!!
