I paid over $500 for my ray band meta smart glasses and their are no signs of wear and tear. Since my purchase, I’ve persuaded at least 3 people to purchase the glasses because I so genuinely love them. They are not damaged. All of a sudden, they stopped working and I have not gotten much help from “customer care”. I’ve had these glasses for less than a year. I wonder what the consumers would think if they read this as a review or possible on the BBB website. I thought that the customer service would be better. You guys close early for the people that are working Mon. through Friday. 8-5. The one time I was able to connect with a rep, the phone mysteriously disconnected. I’ve reset the glasses and I don’t hear any audio.

So there’s no way to navigate without talking I need them to pass my exams 😢
