Today, we're making homemade sourdough pizza dough—a perfect blend of chewy and crispy with all the rich flavors that only sourdough can bring. This recipe uses fresh-milled flour and a live sourdough starter, making it a healthier and more digestible option for your next pizza night. With a long fermentation process, this dough is not only delicious but also easy on the gut!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup sourdough starter
545 grams fresh milled flour (I used hard white)
360 grams water
2 tsp salt
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp olive oil
